Frijoles refritos


They thickened up a little bit after cool but still were nice and smooth. These are my regular frijoles I make.

ingredients include chile de Ć”rbol, cebolla, ajo, handmade tortilla de maĆ­z fried and incorporated, manteca – a little to fry the tortilla, cebolla, ajo, and Ć”rbol chiles.
