EASY Gochujang Recipe – Korean Red Chili Paste (고추장) | KOSHER, Halal, Vgean, Oil Free, Gluten Free

One of the most popular ingredient at the korea cuisine: GOCHUJANG.
Its a fermented chili paste based on soy. Its sweet, spicy and salty, and you can use it for many other recipes (and not only korean food actually).
You can easily find gochujang at almost any super market ith asian section but its not kosher (even tho its usualy vegan) and its also contain gluten. My version is kosher and gluten free and you can control the amounth of sugar and chili that goes in.
This paste can last forever in the fridge becaus of the sugar and salt in it, and the flavor just getting better and tetter.
You will be amazed how easy is to make this at home! Only 5 ingredients (the most important one )

The ingredients:

– 300 ml water
– 200 gr sugar/rice syrup
– 300 white miso paste

– 1+1/3 cup korean red cili powder

– 1/2 tbsp rice vinigar
– a little less than 1 tsp salt
