Ingredients for Sweet Chili Crab
♄ For boiling the Crabs
1/2 kl Alimasag (Blue Crabs) or you can opt for Alimango (bigger ones)
2 cloves Garlic, unpeeled and pound
1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
1 tbsp Vinegar (for boiling the crabs)
1/2 tbsp salt
3 cups of Water

♄ For the Sauce
1 tbsp Chili Oil (I used Lee Kum Kee)
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
2 cloves Garlic, minced
Ginger, about 1 tbsp, minced
1 pc small Red Onion or 1/2 pc Red Onion if Big
1/3 cup Banana Ketchup (I used Papa Ketchup)
1 tbsp Soy Sauce (I used Datu Puti)
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce (I used Lee Kum Kee)

♄ For Toppings
about 2 tbsp Spring Onions, chopped
