I bought seeds labeled as choc habanero from an Australian seed company that are hip. Here’s a photo of the pepper 6 weeks after fruiting. It just changed color. It looks more red than brown.
Is my plant actually a red habanero?

Scotch bonnet
Choc varieties will go from green to red. This ain’t a choc anything. FWIW my order of 3 from chilli seed bank all turned out true. Maybe give them a go and raise a complaint with hippy
