If you are on WW only account for the spaghetti sauce and if you use honey. Check the nutritional information for your numbers than divide the amount of cups.

I might count this as 1sp per 1.5 cups!! It’s super low, high protein and delicious!!!!

Ingredients:

2 540 ml cans of white kidney beans
1 540 ml can of red kidney beans (or use all red or all white!)
3 796 ml cans of tomatoes (whole, crushed, diced its up to you)
2 lbs ground turkey meat
1 cup of frozen or canned corn ( optional)
1 418 ml jar or more salsa (any kind)
1/2 of a large vidalia onion or any onion (about a cups worth)
1 tbs or more chili powder( I added more)
1 tsp or more crushed garlic
1tsp Worcester sauce
1tsp soy sauce
Sprinkle and taste Pink Himalayan salt and pepper
1tbs onion powder
1 can tomatoe paste ( optional (
1tbs or more of sugar free honey ( regular honey, brown or white sugar, stevia, swerve are optional)

Directions:

In a medium to high heat skillet add olive oil cooking spray.
Cut onion into tiny chunks.
Add onion to the skillet and sauté until caramelized
Set aside
Add a large pot to a medium to high heat on the oven.
Add turkey meat and break it up into small pieces until fully cooked
Add all spices, cans of tomatoes, garlic,spaghetti sauce, sauces, honey, corn, salsa to your turkey meat and stir
Add washed and drained beans to the turkey meat too.
Keep an eye on it and stir and taste regularly.

Cook for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours on a very low heat!!

Eat immediately or keep in containers in your fridge up to five days or in your freezer.

Optional :
Add grilled, roasted, raw, baked veggies to your sauce
Add low fat cheese on top
Add sour cream on top
Have with rice, zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash, crackers, toast, tortillas, etc..
