Up-Potted my Pepper babies over the weekend!

I had almost 100% germination last year, so I only put two or three seeds in each of the six cells of the seed-starting containers. And even though almost all of my seeds were from last year, I still had at least 95% germination and had to make the hard decisions of which ones to up-pot and which ones to discard. Because I'm overwintering one of almost all five varieties from last year, I only kept five or six of each (jalapeรฑo, serrano, aji fantasy, aji cachucha, mini bell peppers). Two days later, I already need to remove the boxes that are under the trays as the leaves are just about touching the grow lights.

Zone 7a/b, Northwestern Middle Tennessee along the Kentucky line — these won't go in the ground until at least the first or second weekend of May. But they will go outside into a mini-greenhouse shelf unit in April. Last year, I started getting peppers before I got a single tomato by starting them inside this early.
