This was a staple growing up in the Midwest, and Frito Chili Pie still takes me back to those concession stand meals I enjoyed throughout my youth. This is a great game day meal and an easy way to reimagine leftover chili.
I used my Kansas City Chili, which is a vegetarian barbecue chili that hits all of the sweet and spicy notes. You can find the full chili recipe at https://pestoandpotatoes.com/kansas-city-chili/.

😊😊ok, he's wrong. Use the chilie and condiments at the store where you bought the chips. it's doing it the 7-11 way, makes it simple 😊😊😊😊😊😊
Frito bowl
We had those in tortillas
But the version on the bag was a walking taco
The midwest? Im in south Texas and my first frito pie was when i was a girl at a football game. They probably have them at all or at least most concessions.
It's only Frito pie if you make it in a casserole dish.
Put mustard on the Fritos first
