This little old Peruvian couple opened an authentic Peruvian market/Food truck in my town. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met.
They showed me around the store while I waited for my ceviche order, showed me all of their ingredients they use. Was super cool. I told him I love super spicy stuff and he pointed me to this sauce and said “very spicy”.
Normally when people say that to me I know to expect some pretty light work. But man, this sauce packs some damn nice heat and the flavor is delicious. Not too fruity like habaneros or bhut jolokia, but packs a similar heat. Flavor profile more akin to a bell/thai cross.
10/10 would recommend. Imported from Peru!
