Potatoes Taiyar Karne Ke Liye:

​Aloo (Potatoes): 4 bade
​Corn Flour: 2 tbsp
​Chawal ka Atta (Rice Flour): 2 tbsp
​Lal Mirch Powder: ½ tsp
​Schezwan Sauce: Swad anusar
​Namak: Swad anusar

​Gravy Ke Liye:

​Tel (Oil): 2 bade chammach
​Barik kata Lehsun aur Adrak: 1-1 chammach
​Shimla Mirch (Capsicum): 1
​Pyaj (Onion): 2
​Hari Mirch: 2
​Sauces:
​Schezwan Sauce: 3 tbsp
​Tomato Ketchup: 3 tbsp
​Green Chilli Ketchup: 1 tsp
​Soya Sauce: ½ tsp
​Masale: Kali Mirch powder (¼ tsp) aur Namak
​Garnish: Safed Til (1 chammach)
