  1. Its better to buy your cayenne pepper at the health food stores because it is 100% pure, whereas the one in the supermarket has fillers.

Supermarket cayenne pepper is often weak because it is not pure, containing fillers used to increase volume and reduce production costs. In many cases, what is labeled as "cayenne" is actually a blend that may contain only 20โ€“40% actual cayenne pepper.

Common ingredients used to dilute cayenne pepper include:
Rice Flour or Rice Starch: Frequently used as a bulking agent to stretch the product.

Other Milder Peppers: Paprika or lower-quality, less-spicy chili peppers are often mixed in.

Salt: Included in some "cayenne seasoning" blends, which further dilutes the pepper concentration.

Anti-Caking Agents: Chemicals like silicon dioxide or calcium silicate are added to prevent clumping, especially in lower-quality, often moist, powder.

Maltodextrin: Used as a filler or bulking agent.

Artificial Colorants: Red dyes (e.g., Red #40) may be added to make the mixture look vibrant red despite being heavily diluted.

    How to Identify Real Cayenne
Pure cayenne should have only one ingredient listed: "Cayenne Pepper".

If the label includes other ingredients, or if it is labeled "cayenne seasoning," it is likely a mixture. High-quality, pure cayenne should feel fine (not gritty) and have a bright, uniform red color.

Plus health food cayenne pepper can prevent heart attacks, brain aneurysms, stop bleeding clots, remove inflammation; and can also stop bleeding.

I have been studying natural remedies since my childhood and helping others.
