My Healthy Turkey Chili is light, hearty + packed with 49 grams of protein per bowl! 🦃🍅 Perfect for game day, meal prep, or cozy nights! Wholesome, comforting + even better the next day! 😍🥣

INGREDIENTS
▫️2 tablespoons avocado oil, any neutral oil
▫️450 grams ground turkey, any ground meat of choice
▫️1 onion, finely diced
▫️3 cloves garlic, minced
▫️1 teaspoon salt, to taste
▫️2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder, any variety of chili powder will work
▫️1 tablespoon tomato paste
▫️½ cup tomato sauce, plain
▫️4 cups bone broth, or unsalted broth
▫️2 15oz cans of beans, I used red kidney beans and cannellini beans
▫️1 cup bell peppers , I used red, yellow, and orange

Optional Toppings
▫️cilantro , or parsley to taste
▫️mozzarella , measure with your heart
▫️sour cream, to taste
▫️chopped chives, taste
