
Hi everybody! Tried to do sopita today for lunch. I'd be glad if you could advise what you think or let me know what you add to it at home. Probably, queijo fresco would go well there… I know other types of pasta can be used as well there but decided to go with elbows this time.
* yeah, I know, I had to add more broth there/less elbows…
