First time growing superhots. Rate my setup?

This setup is 100% free, made from stuff I had laying around, and I want to make sure it’s good enough before trying to actually use it. I’ve grown from seed before, but I’ve never attempted peppers. I’ll be growing habanero and Trinidad scorpion.
