200 g Low Fat Paneer (homemade)
75 to 100 g Hung curd (200 g curd which is hung)
1 cheese cube
A little more salt
8 to 10 cloves of garlic
2 to 3 soaked Kashmiri Red Chillies
Salt
Full batch is 475–480 kcal & Protein: ≈ 54 g
