Ingredients:
Oil: 1 Tbsp
Butter: 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds: 1Tsp
Chopped Green Chili: 2
Onion, finely chopped: 2 Medium sized
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder: 1 Tbsp
Turmeric: 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 Tsp
Salt: As per taste
Pav Bhaji Masala: 1 Tbsp
Tomatoes,finely chopped: 3 Medium Sized
Capsicum, finely chopped: 1 Medium Sized
Lemon Juice: 1 Tsp
Cheese Slices: As Required
Method:
1. Heat oil and butter, add cumin seeds, green chili.
2. Add onions and cook till they turn translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute.
3. Add turmeric, coriander powder and chili powder. Cook the spices for 1 minute.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till they turn soft.
5. Add salt and mix well.
6. Add capsicum and cook for another minute.
7. Add pav bhaji masala and lemon juice. Mix well and mash it with the help of a masher.
8. Use the same pan to heat butter and coriander, warm up the pav in the butter, apply masala and place a cheese slice.
9. Garnish with chopped onions, coriander and grated cheese and serve hot.
