Why does snoopy have 4 ears? What does snoopy have to do with taco bell? Why is this place country music themed when its TACO BELL?!

they absolutely need to get a different MIC for this place. almost all of the negative reviews are about them either directly or indirectly via issues that they cause. the food is great but the experience is terrible solely because of who's in charge. this is just one example.
