Ingredients:
For the Sauté: Oil, Ural Dal (Black Gram), Jeera (Cumin), Capsicum pieces.
For the Masala Paste: 2 tsp Sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds, 1 tsp Rice flour, Salt, Turmeric powder, and Water.
Quick Method:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté ural dal and jeera.
Add capsicum pieces and cook until they turn soft.
In a mixer, grind sesame seeds, mustard, rice flour, salt, and turmeric with a little water into a fine paste.
Add this paste to the cooked capsicum, add a splash of water, and mix well.
Cook for just under 1 minute.
Serve hot with steamed rice mixed with a little oil or ghee for the best experience!
