Chilli Chicken (JALAPEÑO) quick, easy and yummy recipe



CHILLI CHICKEN (JALAPENO)

Ingredients:

·        Chicken Boneless – 1 kg

·        Corn Flour – 1 tbsp (full)

·        Salt – 1 tbsp (as required)

·        Black Pepper – ½ tsp

·        Vinegar (for chicken margination) – 1 tbsp

·        Water – ¾ cup

·        Vinegar (for making sauce) – 2 tbsp

·        Chilli Garlic Sauce – ½ cup

·        Soy Sauce – ¼ cup

·        Sugar – ¼ tsp

·        Onion diced – 3pcs small (as required)

·        Jalapeno sliced – 6 to 8 pcs (as required)

·        Cooking Oil – ½ cup (as required)

 

Recipe:

Take boneless chicken and add corn flour, salt, black pepper and vinegar to it. Mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 mins. In another bowl, take soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, vinegar, water and sugar. Mix well.

 

In a wok take cooking oil and add the marinated chicken into it and let it fry for around 4-5 mins on a high flame. After the chicken is fried, take it out in a plate. In the same oil, add onions and fry them for 2-3 mins. Add jalapenos and fry for further 2-3 mins (or as required). Add fried chicken and the sauce that we made earlier together into the cooking wok. Mix well and let it cook (covered) on a medium low flame for about 5 mins. Then cook on medium flame until it is done.

 

CHILLI CHICKEN (JALAPENO) IS READY TO BE SERVED!!!
