  1. As a lemon pepper hater, this pro lemon pepper propaganda will NOT go unheeded!

*begins to heed* but for real lemon pepper is so prevalent now they’re even frickin adding it to other flavors at wing joints around here without it being a stated part of the flavor.

It’s almost becoming synonymous with hot wings, along with fucking bread sticks instead of fries (I hate the west coast someone save me).

I feel like a cilantro soap gene kid over here, why do I not enjoy lemon pepper???

    heeding ends

  2. Decent basic recipe.
But…. Do a first bake at 250 for 30 min, let them chill in the fridge for an hour and then blast them for 20-30 minutes at 425/450.
It takes more time, but if you're the guy bringing the wings it's worth it.
And please, for the love of all that is holy, brine them in pickle juice over night.

  3. Flip the wings every 15 to 20 minutes for maximum crispiness! Been making oven baked wings for a decade

  4. Just made these. An hour ago. Super easy and fast. The Honey, lemon and Franks hot sauce. Great flavor blend.

  5. Hubby and I are cooking these up for Super Bowl as I write this. We don’t have honey so I used agave syrup instead. Like you we are “winging it”.

  6. I love that your cookware looks used. It's been battle-tested. I can tell that these pans belong to you. Adds to your authenticity

  7. Air Fryer makes wings crispiest and quickest without oil, will have to try the seasoning and sauce
