Spent my Sunday making a delicious lamb Birria, I’ve only ever done it with beef, but a boneless leg of lamb was on sale at Costco, added some broiled marrow bones to compensate. Oaxaca cheese is to pricey up here (Canada) so I had to go with pizza mozzarella overall it came out great!!!
