I wanted to make chilli as had a load of leftover beef, but I couldn't get the intrusive thoughts out my head of adding eggs and English sausages.
It worked so well together. The chilli had a fair amount of back bacon in so it was like a breakfast burrito but more intense.
Apologies for ignorance, I live in a place called England, a small island that came to prominence from stealing other people's cultures and then ruining them.

If it’s good then it’s a thing, might still be insulting . . . so then it’s a new thing.
chili isn’t Mexican, it is considered Tex-Mex. but this still looks great!
