I use 1 lb ground turkey you can use beef or you may substitute it with lentils if you don’t want meat. Two green peppers one onion and three cloves of garlic sauteed then add your turkey and cook fully through in a skillet. In a pot I use two 128 Oz cans of diced tomatoes for 16 oz cans of stewed tomatoes four cans of kidney beans about 1/3 cup of Worcestershire sauce two teaspoons of cumin about 2 tablespoons of chili powder salt and pepper to taste. Add your turkey green pepper onion and garlic to the pot heat thoroughly and enjoy!
