How to make chili paneer dry recipe

Ingredients:

Paneer – cubed – 1 bowl
All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 3 tsp ( in batter + in sauce )
Water – as required
Oil – to deep fry
White onion – 1 – petals
Capsicum – 1 – chopped
Spring onion – 3 tbsp + to garnish 1 tbsp
Salt – 3/4 tsp ( in batter and to add in sauce)
Oil – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Red chili sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 1/2 tbsp + 4 tbsp water ( to make slury)
