Last year, I ordered several varieties of very hot peppers for tasting. I chose the ones I liked best and collected their seeds. I recently planted them, and all the seeds sprouted. I had a question. If all the peppers were grown by one person and they were growing next to each other in the same flowerbed, will I grow the exact varieties I planted, or is there a risk of growing hybrid peppers?

Definitely a risk of cross pollination leading to hybrid peppers.
I think your grow light is too close. How many watts is it? Those strong LED panels should be 12+ inches away unless you have a dimmer on low
