I saved seeds from last year that I’m growing this year from a plant that had bacterial leaf spot. I treated the seeds with hydrogen peroxide before planting thinking it would be enough to kill off any bacteria left. These peppers in the picture are not from those seeds but from seeds I got online (disease free). I’ve been bottom watering all my trays together so I’m kinda worried that some how the disease carried on in some of the peppers I’ve started now and may have infected all the other disease free seeds that I’m growing along side them via through the watering. Oooooor my second theory is they’re just suffering from a bit of fertilizer burn since I did give them like a 1/4-1/2 strength Alaska fish fertilizer since they’re just in seed starting mix. Or maybe the discoloration is just environmental or just normal discoloration from something small. Any one seen this before? I know it’s hard to tell this early but if I need to start over I’d rather figure it out sooner than later.
Btw peppers are about 3 weeks old from sprouting with 2-3 true leaves and just under 2 inches tall if that helps
