Clark's Crockpot Chili Smoked

This is my buddy Clark’s chili recipe. It is still a work in progress but I think it’s really good. I will do a 2.0 version when he finalizes it. Below is the ingredients and how to. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Ā· 1 pound ground pork
Ā· 1 pound hamburger
Ā· 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
Ā· 2 tablespoons chili powder
Ā· 1 tablespoon ground chipotle Chile pepper
Ā· 1 tablespoon salt (or to taste)
Ā· 1 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
Ā· 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Ā· 1 tablespoon onion powder
Ā· 1 tablespoon ground coriander
Ā· 1 tablespoons ground cumin
Ā· 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
· ¼ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
Ā· 28 ounces canned crushed tomatoes
· ¼ cup tomato paste
Ā· 2 cups beef broth
Ā· 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
Ā· 4 cloves garlic minced
Ā· 1 medium bell pepper seeds removed, chopped
Ā· 1 large chipotle Chile, seeds removed, chopped (in adobo sauce)
Ā· 1 small can chopped green Chiles
Ā· 15 ounces canned kidney beans
Ā· 15 ounces canned cannellini beans
Ā· 15 ounces canned pinto beans
Ā· 15 ounces canned black beans
· ½ cup sweet corn (rinsed and drained if canned)
Ā· 2 Canned fire roasted diced tomatoes drained

How To
1. Smoke the pork/beef mixture for an hour at 150 degrees. Then toss into a pan and finish browning.
2. Place all ingredients into the crockpot and stir
3. Set crockpot to low for 6 to 8 hours
4. Scoop into a bowl, add shredded cheese and sour cream. Maybe even some chives…….YUM
5. NOW EAT!!!!
