Yesterday after 8hrs inside the dehydrator, I moved the sugar rush peach which was drying from the five trays to the bottom tray to continue drying.
I then harvested more sugar rush peach in the late afternoon and added on another two trays on top of the already dried bottom tray and left them inside until today morning another 15hrs or so.
Took the dehdrated sugar rush peach out of the dehydrator. You can hear the crunch when you bend it was cracking and breaking between my fingers.
Weighed it. 1.18kg of dehydrated sugar rush peach.
Lastly it into a grinder and got the most lovely fragrant yellow/peach looking powder. Grinded until very fine like the texture of all purpose flour.
Put it into glass jars for storage before use in production of other chilli products.
