Here’s a simple restaurant-style Chilli Paneer recipe you can make at home.
🌶️ Chilli Paneer (Dry / Semi-Gravy)
🧀 Ingredients
For paneer frying
Paneer – 250 g (cubes)
Cornflour – 2 tbs
Grated Ginger-1tsp
kashmiri laal mirch powder 1tsp
Water – as needed
Oil – for frying
For sauce
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chillies – 2 (slit)
Onion – 1 large (cube-cut)
Capsicum – 1 large (cube-cut)
Bell paper 1
Soya sauce – 3 tbsp
Red chilli sauce – 1½ tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – little (sauces already salty)
Cornflour – 1 tsp + ¼ cup water
Spring onion greens – for garnish
🌟 Tips
For gravy version: add ½ cup water before cornflour slurry
For healthy version: air-fry or shallow-fry paneer
