Ingredients:
1 whole head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
4 carrots (ribboned)
1 red onion (thinly sliced)
Fresh coriander (leaves + stalks)
Olive oil – 1tbs
Butter – 1tbs
Sea salt & black pepper
For the dressing:
Olive oil – 60 ml
Lemon juice – 1/2 a lemon
Honey – 1tbs
Chilli oil – 1 to 2 tsp
