I'm down to the last of my pickled sugar rush peach peppers from last year. They're in a sweeter brine and it smoothes out the hotness a little. I was enjoying them mixing them with middle eastern cucumber pickles. Unfortunately they didn't survive overwintering so I have a new sprout started.
