Couple of days ago, I made birria taco! Consommé and meat overall were nice. It was interesting to find out there’s even birramen exists 🙂 Please advise what you serve on side with birria? I assume rice should go fine but not sure if it’s an authentic garnish…

they use potatoes and vegetables as sides too, not just beans and rice like Americans all think
