CrispyTomato Nachos Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 cup tomato puree
– 2 tsp red chili powder
– Salt to taste
– 1 tsp chili flakes
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 cup wheat flour
– 1 tbsp oil
– Locho Masala (2 tbsp), or alternatively, pizza, masala & sandwich masala, and peri peri masala
Instructions:
1. Combine tomato puree, red chili powder, salt, chili flakes, and black pepper.
2. Add wheat flour and knead into a smooth dough.
3. Incorporate 1 tablespoon of oil and knead for 2 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into a large ball coated with wheat flour.
5. Gently roll out the dough, poke with a fork, and cut into triangles.
6. Prepare to fry or bake the pieces.
7. Heat oil until hot.
8. Carefully add the tomato nachos.
9. Stir occasionally and fry on low flame until crispy and golden brown.
10. Mix in 2 tablespoons of Locho Masala or your preferred spice blend.
11. Enjoy your crispy tomato nachos with a cheesy dip.
