What went in ⬇️
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
• 300–400 g whole button mushrooms
• Salt to taste
•. 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp red chilli flakes
•. 1 tsp paprika or red chilli powder
•. 1/2 cup fresh cream
• Fresh coriander or parsley (for garnish)

Method
Heat butter in a pan.
Add onions + minced garlic.
Sauté 2–3 minutes until soft and fragrant.
Add whole mushrooms.
Cook on medium-high until they release moisture and start browning.
Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes & paprika.
Toss well so everything coats evenly.
Pour in fresh cream. Little by little.
Simmer 2–3 minutes until thick and glossy.
Garnish with fresh coriander or parsley. Squeeze little lemon!
Serve hot ✨
