For the recipe, here’s how we did it:
Ingredients
– 1 kg peppers
– 2 big onions
– 500 g minced meat
– 2 tomatoes
– 2 big spoons tomato sauce
– Spices (your choice)
– Salt
– Parsley
– 400 g rice
– Olive oil
– 250 ml water
Method
1. Remove the tops of the peppers, clean the seeds, and cut the tops into small pieces.
2. Cook the minced meat first.
3. Add the onions and the chopped pepper tops. Let everything cook well.
4. Add the tomatoes and tomato sauce and let it cook a bit more.
5. Add spices, salt, and parsley.
6. Add the rice and mix well.
7. Stuff the peppers with the mixture.
8. Drizzle olive oil on top, add 250 ml of water, and bake until the rice is cooked.
