the sizes of the bubbles are just guesses based on the order of the ingredients

I wanted to do it with a stacked column chart but you don't get enough control over the order of the stacks, so I resorted to a bubble chart.

some of the labels overlap but they don't give you much control over the labels.

some of the colors are just made up but many of them I eyedroppered from pictures of the actual food items
