  2. Interesting vdo‼️the best is just drying in shade on cotton fabric on a sunny DRY day. Sun damages the color somewhat when red chillies r fresh‼️Unless thry r naturally drying on their plants‼️Dry toasting on pan when fresh changes the taste as well as a little of the red color‼️Same with air frying too‼️
