๐Ÿ‘‰ Required Ingredients

300 g boneless chicken
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Juice of ยฝ lemon
ยฝ tsp black pepper powder
ยฝ tsp yellow chilli powder or white pepper powder
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp crushed green chilli
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp all-purpose flour (maida)
ยฝ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp curd
Oil for frying (as required)

โœจ For the Dip

1 tsp butter
ยฝ tsp crushed garlic
ยผ cup milk
1 cheese slice
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp cream
1 tsp mustard paste
1 tsp chilli flakes
ยฝ tsp black pepper powder
ยผ tsp salt
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

๐Ÿ‘‰ Method (Step by Step)

Add ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, black pepper powder, yellow chili powder, crushed green chili, and crushed garlic to the chicken and mix well.

Now add cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, and curd. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the chicken sticks and cook on medium heat, turning sides, until they are lightly golden and cooked through.

Serve hot chicken sticks with the prepared dip.

Heat butter in a pan and add crushed garlic. Sautรฉ until fragrant.

Add milk, sliced cheese, mayonnaise, cream, mustard paste, chili flakes, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the dip thickens to a creamy consistency
