🛒 Ingredients (for two persons):
– Ground beef – 200 g
– Onion – 1
– Garlic – 1 clove
– Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
– Canned tomatoes (in juice) – 200 g
– Kidney beans (canned) – 100 g
– Carrot – 50 g
– Chili pepper – to taste
– Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
Tortillas or rice as garnish
🔥 Instructions:
1. Finely mince the garlic, onion, and chili pepper. Slice the carrot into thin half-rings.
2. Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the garlic and onion over medium heat for 2 minutes.
3. Add the ground beef and chili, then fry over high heat for 3 minutes until browned.
4. Stir in the tomato paste, canned tomatoes, and carrots. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas according to the package instructions or cook rice.
6. Add the beans and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve the hot chili alongside the warm tortillas or rice
