Made this batch the other day- this is my version of Marie Sharps Green Habanero hot- except this ones actually hot!
Made from still green Habanero, that I grew. They were dehydrated at the end of the growing season, so that I can make hot sauce anytime of the year. They get rehydrated when simmering the aromatics (onion and garlic). I used 20 green Habaneros for this batch.
Used Nopales (cactus paddles) in it as well to give that earthy taste, followed by the lime juice . This is one of my favorite hot sauce, and its awesome on tacos! Nice and fiery too!
