Recipe for Salmon

2 4 ounce salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into 1-2 inch cubes
1 1/2 tablespoons Lemon pepper seasoning
1 tablespoons Parsley
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil

In small mixing bowl, coat salmon in seasonings and oil. Place on foil or parchment paper sheet and put in air fryer at 350 F for 6-8 minutes

Chipotle Slaw:

In a small bowl combine:

1/4 cup olive oil mayo
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of chipotle pepper powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/4 cup of thin sliced red onion
2 tablespoons cilantro leafs, stems removed
1 1/2 to 2 cups cabbage slaw mix

Mix until well combined
