My house is 59F. There is nothing I can do as we are getting gouged by our power company. This is just an educational post to show how low temps stunt growth. It is purely the temperature and not the grow light that is causing this.
Seedlings are over a month old, some are just getting their first set of true leaves, but a lot still have just a bud. Not ideal. On the plus side they are already hardened off for spring.

These are all peppers with the exception of the top and middle right trays which are eggplant. New grow light is strong and causing excessive praying, have lowered to 75% to see if they relax a bit.
