Bihari Kabab are spicy, tender pieces of beef that are barbecued on a charcoal grill. They are perfect to serve on Bakra Eid. If you don’t have an outdoor grill, you can also fry or bake these skewers. We will be using all homemade spices to make these delicious, restaurant-style Bihari Kabab botis.
