  2. Sorry to hear you weren’t feeling well! Many viruses are airborne so no matter how many wellness shots you take or times you wash your hand, the virus can travel through the air and get in your nose and mouth. That’s why I wear a N95 mask in most public spaces! Haven’t been sick in years

  3. Carb before workout is great! Also.. been trying those go go squeeze apple sauce.. apparently athletes are trying this too!

  4. I always sprinkle Parmesan cheese on my beef stew bowl after. It’s such a random but good addition. 🙂

  7. Katy, you should try the root spray to cover the greys when they appear, it will give you more time between dyes. L’Oréal make a fabulous one Magic Retouch in many hair colours.

  8. My fave pre-workout snack is like a fig newton style bar (I think I get Nature's Bakery Fig Fruit Bars) ! gives you a little bit of carbs and quick sugars which should help you with energy – then protein after!

  9. Oh my gosh, we loved His & Hers!! So many twists & turns!

    My fave pre-workout is a sliced banana & handful of blueberries sprinkled with hemp hearts & a drizzle of honey!

  10. As a registered dietitian, go for a carbohydrate source as a pre workout. It gives you effective energy because its our primary source. After the workout you can go for those beef sticks, eggs, whey protein shake, yogurt (any clean source of protein) to recover the muscle 😘

  11. Glad you started feeling better! Totes agree when you’re sick and want to freshen up with hair & makeup to feel better! Im getting over a nasty cough and curled my hair yesterday bc I needed a pick me up lol

  13. I have to write to compliment you on your hair, eye makeup and physique. You look absolutely gorgeous! The large roller you use on the top of your hair makes for a lovely and softening look on you. Your hair cascades from your forehead to your chin with a lovely wave. I agree with you about the eyeliner tails—they are uplifting and truly highlight your large eyes.
    One more note: Jack is too cute with you!!

  14. If I have time before I work out to really make something good, I’d like to do a scramble with some eggs, potato, and a little bit of cheese, and potentially another type of meat. I’ve even prepped a bunch the night before, and then it lasts for two or three mornings. Super easy to grab and heat up and go.
