High protein chili cheese paratha recipe below

Recipe (makes 4 parathas)
• Knead 150g dough for 4 parathas, rest for a few mins
• In a bowl add 90g low fat paneer, 60g cheese (using dlecta shredded mozzarella), 1 small capsicum, 1 finely chopped green chili, coriander leaves, chili flakes and oregano (I prefer pizza seasonings over oregano, both works), salt to taste and mix
• Take a dough ball, stuff the filling generously to finish the entire quantity in the 4 parathas
• Roll with soft hands, cook on both sides. Use ½ tsp ghee/oil per paratha
