Hi, got these guys as seeds from Homebase in the UK (mid to big box store). Product info claims that they're cayenne peppers, but upon fruiting that's plainly incorrect, so I was hoping somebody could tell me what they actually are? Basically got them for fun half a year ago before actually getting interested in peppers as a result.
My current guess is Poblano, but that doesn't seem to quite match what I've seen so far in terms of colour and size. I have 6 plants beneath 3 barrina T8s at around 25°C (77F) so they aren't wanting for light, and we only usually water when they're just barely starting to droop so I'm fairly sure that the fruit are correct for their first year size under good conditions. The larger fruits have stayed that way for about a week without changing size or colour. Thank you!
