The Cook
Brown the beef and drain the fat. Stir in half the Kosmos Q Chili (2 tbsp) to coat the meat. Add tomatoes, beans (optional) and sauce. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling stir in the rest of the seasoning. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Well I see beans in that chili. Boy this TEXAS, we don’t put no stinking beans in our chili. Been told that from Orange to Terlingua for over a half century.

Throw some cheddar cheese balls in your bowel before you ladle some chili in it and add the toppings – game changer!
