• The Flavor: 1 Slice Bread, Green Chilies, Coriander, Lime, Chili Flakes.
Steps ⏱️
1. Prep: Blend your paneer & curd into a smooth “protein mayo.”
2. Spread: Slather it thick on your bread slice.
3. Layer: Top with grated paneer, cheese, chilies, and coriander.
4. The Hack: Place in a pan. Add a splash of water to the side and cover with a lid for 30 seconds to steam-melt the cheese perfectly!
5. Finish: Squeeze lime, sprinkle chili flakes, and enjoy the crunch.
