Is this an old school Taco Bell with the original interior? Are there many still that look like this?

I saw it as I was going to eat but I didn't go to Taco Bell. I noticed the inside from a far and it definitely reminded me of the 90's or possibly the 80's. Not a very great picture but I didn't actually go inside.
