For Frying Gobhi:
1 medium cauliflower (cut into florets)
4–5 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
2–3 tbsp cornflour
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
Water (for batter)
Oil (for frying)

For Sauce:
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 onion (cubed)
1 capsicum (cubed)
2–3 green chillies
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maida slurry
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
Spring onions (for garnish)
