Looovvvve some homemade chilli! I use chilli beans in mine and Walmart sells canned "chilli ready tomatoes" that I use, but the Rotel sounds interesting. We ain't mad in Texas!🤣
My boy I know it’s good!! You make yours a lot like I make my own and I always get rave reviews on it. I use a lil cinnamon and brown sugar. I start with my onions, garlic, green pepper and red chili flakes then I add a couple of pounds of ground beef and a pound of Italian sausage. I put chipotle chili powder and regular chili powder in with onion powder, cumin, garlic powder and a few other seasonings that don’t contain salt. But watching you and how close mine is to yours just confirms I’m on the right road.

Mine is easier and better… tomato soup… bleh
I use V8 instead of tomato soup. V8 chili is really good.
